CREATING A BLANK CANVAS FOR COMMUNITY MURALS

Varsity Painting announces a graffiti to mural program for local Bay Area businesses and multi-family communities that have been affected by vandalism.

In recent weeks, small businesses in our community have been making strides to reopen their doors to the public, however many storefronts and residential communities alike have experienced the added burden of having their properties vandalized with graffiti.

Roland Thoms, Founder & President of Varsity Painting, felt a call to service in the wake of seeing the extensive destruction of property occurring within our Bay Area communities.

Over a two day period, Varsity Painting’s team of twenty-eight professional painters primed and painted thirty-eight storefronts in Downtown Oakland, and restored the aesthetics of the community, thanks in part to the generous donation of supplies from Kelly Moore Paints.

Stand Together

A spirit of philanthropic service is core to the Varsity Painting corporate culture and we stand together with our Bay Area business owners and residential community members during these challenging times.

To support our local community and business clients, Varsity Painting is proud to offer a “Blank Canvas” graffiti removal service for those affected by property damage.

Additionally, we have joined forces with the local non-profit arts initiative, Paint The Void, in association with Building 180, commissioning local street artists and muralists that create inspiring and uplifting community art.

If you manage or live in a community in need of graffiti abatement, please contact Varsity Painting at info@varsitypainting.com to receive free aid.
